   Called on Saturday evening (September 3rd) after suffering an engine failure outside Derby.
Jay was polite, helpful and incredibly insightful in his assessment of the difficulty I'd run into. Called around various places to request ETA's and most other places were around 2 hours. M1 Recoveries promised to be with me within the hour, infact being with me in a little of over 35 minutes. Upon arrival Jay took the time to have a chat and quickly look at my car and again share some thoughts on potentially what may have went wrong.

Took my car back to Clifton to the garage and got the car neatly secured in the yard before then going out if his way to take me back into the city to stop me needing to walk home from Clifton back to the Derby road.

Nothing was too much trouble for jay and he done everything he could to accommodate me and provide the best service he could. If I ever need any emergency services again Jay will be the only person I will be using and strongly recommend anyone else does so too! Top service and a really nice bloke too!!!

   I broke down friday 2pm just coming off  the m1 onto the junction 28. M1 RECOVERIES was the closest to me and could get to me the quickest. There was heavy traffic but i was saved within 45 minutes. The phone conversation was easy and reassuring! I was given a quick quote at a reasonable price for a drop off 30 miles away.

If you have unfortunately broken down i would recommend using this company. The gentleman was friendly and helpful; he even let me charge my phone! We had a very wholesome conversation too which made the awkwardly unfortunate situation better.

Also i was given a plenty of technical advice and was dropped off safely. Car was handled with professional care and he was kind enough to give a me push to my parking spot.
